currently we're running the subway on a model where everyone pays the same amount. this strategy has been outdated for decades! *pulls up powerpoint slide with a bunch of anime horse girls and the text WHAT IS A "WHALE"?*

@aisling you can still beep your metro card but the only purpose is so that the fare gate (henceforth renamed "flare gate") can share your garish custom colors and music motif so everyone can know you successfully pulled a quad-S-rank subway avatar. For an extra 5$ a projector on the ceiling will show her title-card too
