Made a terrine and tried some this morning. Pork mince with herbs, strips of pork belly, pork liver, chicken liver, homegrown shiitake mushrooms, wrapped in bacon. Made for quite a nice breakfast. Took most of the day on Wednesday to prep and assemble everything then give it a nice hot water bath.

Dinner tonight is the terrine along with some red wine poached pears and other stuff.
