I'm old enough to remember the SCOTUS saying Biden didn't have power to waive student debt, despite explicit legislation to do just that.
Yet Trump can mass fire civil servants, shut down Congressionally mandated bodies and send refugees to dangerous third countries without any due process.
Another "this is fine" moment in the burning ruins of America's former democracy.

2) appointed additional members

Well, duh. He should also have directed Garland to investigate and arrest Trump and his traitorous Jan. 6 Congressional co-conspirators. If Garland refused, then Biden should have replaced him, instantly.

Garland should have been mandated to revisit the Mueller Report for charges, so he had A running start.
And while I'm dreaming of counterfactuals, Biden should have put Trump under house arrest from Jan 21st.

Biden basically did nothing to keep America safe from Trump and his crew of criminals and traitors. And because of that, anything that Biden did to help the economy or civil rights is irrelevant, because any gains have been wiped out under the Trump regime.

Garland was explicitly picked to appease the "centrist Republicans". Alas, that's the old Lucy football trick - there are no more centrist Republicans and Obama was played.
