I took the photo with my phone, then cropped it to a 1:1 ratio and ran it through this ImageMagick command:
convert in.jpg -resize 640x480 -average -ordered-dither o8x8,6 -colors 4 out.png

@lykso I'm all dithered! Oh, I could make stuff 256 color, like my old Windows 3.1 machines!

@hellomiakoda I was stuck with 16 colors on Windows 3.1 most of my childhood. Was a trip going directly from that to 24-bit color on Windows 98! :D
