I am incredibly sick of wearing a mask everywhere. So, I would imagine, are most people who do. We continue to have to do so because the world is run by toddlers with more money than god who suck. This isn't likely to change, and frankly I'm not sure what I'm doing in wearing a mask everywhere anymore, but I'd prefer not to get COVID, so I guess here we are.

@intransitivelie I know what you mean. And yeah, I don't want to punch holes in my body's immune system, my brain, and any other assorted organs via COVID.

Watching people collectively behave this way has been a sad, weird learning experience.

While I portion out a certain level of blame for the average person on the street and their selfishness, I do think a fair amount of blame should go to the leadership and their total abdication of responsibility/active collusion with capital to make people sick in order to save profit margins. Two learning experiences for me, I guess.
