Jayne MaynesQuestion for the legal experts out there. What does the law say about someone swearing an oath to the constitution, then violating that oath to support someone looking to destroy the constitution? My understanding is it is treason.
Raven667@JayneMaynes these are all subjective judgements which require the political power to enforce, the "law" is not going to come down from the clouds and smite anyone, people have to choose to enforce rules and have to choose what the rules mean in their culture
