lisa cWaiting to board the Zephyr which is supposed to leave in 10 minutes and still shows on time and they make an announcement that says they’re still cleaning the train in the train yard because Amtrak layed off 80% of the staff. So who knows?
this is my first time on the Zephyr in probably 25 years!

@pansytram we took it a couple of times a year for a long time when my in-laws were alive and in Madison, we’d go to Chicago, spend a few days, go up to Madison, come back to Chicago for a few days. Just a perfect day to be on the train.
