This week i had a couple of conversations about #Gaza with well-meaning, nice people in which it transpired that they still knew virtually nothing about things that happened before Oct 7.

@pvonhellermannn Most people know nothing and then only what the media tells them, which is reinforced still by their prejudices.
Given that virtually all Western countries support the currently ongoing genocide, and the colonialism and apartheid before that, it's no wonder that you hear friends, family and colleagues say and repeat atrocious lies. What pains me is when they refuse to be educated.
