because SCE's billing system is so completely incomprehensible, they charge my end of year true-up in june. but there is no explanation of any of this on any bill. they basically pull the number out of their asses.
the worst part is they have engineered a $180/mo rent out of me despite over 50% of my daily energy being supplied by solar on average.
these mfers are who wrote the big bastardy bill.

1: I've bought plenty of enclosures from them, they're legit and beat the shit out of Hoffman. You can also get them to do custom holes for you if you give them a CAD file - they'll do it during their laser cutting process, before powder coating, so you'll end up with powder-coated cutouts. Very happy with the times I've done that.
