Okay so people who are she/her use "Ms." as a title like "Ms. Pac Man", and people who are they/them use "Mx.", and so it has just occurred to me that people who are she/they could use "Msx." which rules

'Mx.', a gender-neutral honorific which is short for 'Mixmaster',

@mcc there's a bartender in the point and click adventure game Old Skies called "Mx. Mix"

@mcc I mentally bought into “Mage” https://www.tumblr.com/apolloendymion/750610310583500800?source=share

Would that become Msg.?

@mmcknett "Mage" is pretty good. I also once encountered some people using "Misc." which is nice because it's pronounceable.
@mcc now that you have said that, I realize that I never figured out how to pronounce “Misc.” Is it “misss” or “misk”?
@mmcknett I just literally say "M X", which is as many syllables as "missus" and I assume is clear.
@mmcknett Anyway if someone wanted something like "mage" which implies femininity but only ambiguously so, I would suggest "The Great and Powerful Witch". No abbreviation. Must be spelled out in full each time
@mcc I always assumed it was short for Mxyzptlk.
