▪️Постійно оновлюються цифри по постраждалих у Дніпрі. Наразі їх понад 200. Атака расіян забрала життя 15 людей. У місті чимало потрощеного. Інфраструктура, навчальні та медичні заклади, адмінбудівлі та будівлі ДСНС, пасажирський потяг. Пошкоджені 46 багатоповерхівок, 41 приватний будинок, кілька гуртожитків, більш ніж сотня авто. А ще заправка, СТО, господарські споруди, торгові павільйони, магазини. ▪️Інфраструктурний об’єкт понівечений і в Самарі. Там загинули 2 людей, 14 – постраждали.

@kevinrothrock I'd really be interested in a Naked Pravda episode on the use of bombing strategy that Russia employs and how it changes depending on the conflict they're in (or how much they are winning or losing). Is there a particular doctrine to destroy as much civilian infrastructure as possible while they're not gaining much ground. Is there a rise in targeting cultural/educational institutions.

how does it compare to US bombing strategies. etc. and historic Russian bombing strategy. etc

@kevinrothrock and of course it goes without saying this is tragic, and even more so to remember back 2-3 years ago feeling horror that they appeared to shift to targeting civilians. now it barely makes the news it's so common place.
