What would be the Deutsch? Cheekier the better.

@johnnyprofane1 @actuallyautistic @actuallyaudhd Autistischer alter Sack.
(literally: autistic old bag/scrotum)

„Sack“ can mean bag, but also scrotum (actually Hodensack, but it's often just called Sack).

Fart (Furz) is not been used to call someone in German, even not as insult.

@actuallyautistic @actuallyaudhd the people have spoken.

"Autistic Old Fart" it is. . er, I am.

@johnnyprofane1 English actually has rules about the order of adjectives. As normally described, it's hard to fit some adjectives, but I think "autistic" might be categorised as a "physical quality."

@johnnyprofane1 @actuallyautistic "Old fart" is kinda one piece in itself usually, so I'd keep that in one piece. I think breaking "old fart" up would be kinda weird, but that's just me.
