1. At least I didn’t get TWO parking tickets today.

2. Takeout palak paneer is the cure for more woes than I care to detail. (And garlic naan)

3. Reading through those last two, you probably didn’t expect that you would indeed be a third good thing! But here you are, you! Give yourself a hi five from me. Not only are you awesome, but you are super awesome! I know what you’re thinking “this seems like the kind of behaviour a damian wanting 5 bucks might engage in” - but no!! You take that 5 bucks, and treat yourself to the finest light yet refreshing beverage this side of town, because you have earned it. First, because you’re awesome. And secondly, because look at you! And look at what you accomplished today! No, it is more than enough! You deserve a well earned break, super-awesome awesome person! Well deserved and well earned - keep being you, and know that i’m in awe of you and your awe inspiring awesomeness, but don’t tell the others - you know how they get.
@damian Agree on the takeout palak paneer. :)
@rgollub YES! I also use that as the litmus dish? test? anytime I try a new Indian restaurant. So good!

A while back I went scouring the internet trying to find recipes to try making it myself. The first attempt was TERRIBLE.

Then I found this one, and it was MUCH easier, and tasted way better!!

@damian Right? I have a favorite Indian/Nepalese restaurant, and order this much more often than I should. The recipe looks great, though -- I'll have to try it!
