Reminder that if you also regularly get intrusive thoughts like "I'm sorry for being such a shitty person", you shouldn't give it much weight. Broad, unfocused guilt like that doesn't make you a better person, just a hurting one.

Try to take concrete steps to improve youself if you need to, but beyond that? Cut yourself some slack. You're suffering enough.
