@i0null I was talking to the guy above my manager 3 weeks ago, and we got to talk about working conditions and I told him some pointers that would improve the overall mood of his employers. He told me I was unfit for this company if I wanted that and his solution was to replace everyone with AI and cheap labor in India. But after I though about it, I realized that my job is actually very hard to replace, but his job is super easy.
