Meanwhile in #Berlin: Heise reports about struggles to migrate from #Windows10 to 11. Only 12% of the about 100k computers are migrated so far. 136 out of 271 apps have been tested for their #Windows11 support. For the others, it remains unclear.

Demands by the Green party for more opensource have been unsuccessful so far (even when they have been part of the government in the past).
