This is great, but the fault here lies with the ABA, to some extent, not removing the law licenses of clear violators of the constitution, as well as clear and deliberate misinterpretations of said constitution to promote an anticonstitutional agenda. First and foremost, it would be the christo-fascists on SCOTUS and the Federalist Society!

@jaykuo - So, a trial lawyer on this end, and like so many of the others commenting, "dropped a massive federal lawsuit" in legalese means that it's been dismissed or withdrawn. It's not a mic drop, and it's not an Amazon parcel drop, so perhaps think about editing that to "filed" or "lodged" or "moved ahead with", but not "dropped." Otherwise, awesome news from my ABA brethren.
