So I found myself doing some actual calculations in a spreadsheet today. On if you could store meaningful amounts of energy by sinking & raising massive pieces of concrete into the ocean (yes). Doing such calculations *correctly* benefits tremendously from dimensional analysis, but a spreadsheet can't do it. In fact we barely do this.
