update on my i486 motherboard: sometimes it doesn't work, but if I shake it, it starts working

in the end it was a broken solder joint on the AT power connector, and bad cache chips

now to 3D print some new standoffs, because this case has pegs that slide into the case instead of regular standoffs
they are done - just have to wait for the acetone to evaporate so the thing bonds properly, I had to print this in two parts because there’s no way my printer would handle this overhang
as a bonus, here's the original drawing i made with the measurements. it's made in paint.
