@GaiaGreendale @Demeter The sudden thunder chasing Heracles down only serves as an indicator that she's close to finding Gaia.

With her Pegasus gliding closer to ground level, the redhead sees a large garden among the trees, and Demeter standing in front of it while Gaia hides.

After landing, Heracles unsheathes her sword but does not point it at Gaia's descendant.

"Δημήτηρ! Take me to your grandmother!" [x]

Gesturing up from the ground, Demeter summons a twist of vines upwards to entwine tightly around the heroine.

@Demeter The vines wrap around Heracles' legs and root her to the earth beneath her feet.

"Demeter, let me go! I am not here to hurt you OR your grandmother, but she must face trial for her actions!"

@Demeter That won't do; Heracles has been specifically ordered to avoid killing both of them unless they use deadly force, which demands far greater power than a standard human would have.

As the redhead tries to bite off and slice the vines, Demeter starts to have strange visions... @Melinoe

@Melinoe @Heracles As Demi falls back onto her bare ass, the vines holding Heracles release the heroine and recede back into the ground. It isn’t apparent just what the redheaded Olympian is seeing, but it terrifies her to no end. She cries out in fear and scoots back to where @GaiaGreendale happens to be hiding. [x]
