Casey LissEveryone probably knew this but me, but you can absolutely pair a Switch 1 Pro Controller with a Switch 2.
You naturally lose out on the chat button and headphone jack, but in terms of gameplay, everything works fine.
Connor Graham@caseyliss In a pinch you can even pair Switch 1 Joy-Cons with the Switch 2! But you can only charge them by reconnecting them to the Switch 1 (which also re-pairs them).
too many names@connor_g @caseyliss and Switch 1 devices won't wake the Switch 2 with a double tap of the home button :/
