Prediction: by this time next week the Administration will be quartering all those National Guard troops in Los Angelenos's homes, and at least two members of the Supreme Court will say that's perfectly fine and in no way unconstitutional because the Originalist interpretation of "homes" in the Third Amendment refers only to houses without running water or flushing toilets.
