Personal post, so bear with me.

4 months ago I was informed that my blood and heart conditions were leading to further surgeries within the calendar year, including one on my right leg’s main artery due to blockage.

In the time that has passed, my personal pre-habilitation has meant that I’ve gone from barely able to walk around the block without pulling up, to running 5K in a day.

I will find out the results in July, but no matter how shit things get, never give up!

@sigmund There's no doubt that the fitter you are before pre surgery will help you recover quicker post surgery. You have made great strides in the last 4 months Sigmund, consistency is the key. Fingers crossed for positive news in July.
@sigmund amazing! Keep going and I hope the results are better!
@sigmund there’s nothing like proving doctors wrong in a positive way. Good job and good luck!👍
@sigmund Fantastic, well done. From personal experience you can prove those doctors wrong with enough determination. Keep it up 💪🏻
@sigmund Hoping for good results and movement in the right direction! 🤞
You said it best, never give up 💪
