I have never been tempted to enable Siri, even once. They could honestly just pull the entire feature and I think it would be an improvement!

@hypomodern I use it constantly for reminders. "Remind me when I get home" "Remind me tomorrow" "Remind me in 10 minutes"

I use it for timers and phone calls when driving too, but 90% of my usage is reminders and it's incredibly helpful to me.

@george @hypomodern same here. when it works it's incredibly useful for that sort of thing! like 20% of the time it has no idea what to do with me and this is frustrating and could be better.

@csalzman @george I never managed to get it above about a 20% _success_ rate 🤣 . I'm glad it works better than that for someone!

@hypomodern @csalzman @george I had solid success with Google's voice assistant for driving directions, timers, alarms, starting phone calls, texts....until they turned on Gemini Your AI Assistant and now it is completely useless.
