My team is still looking to hire two mid or senior frontend developers, fully remotely from Europe.

We're looking for like-minded individuals that share our love of artisanal #CSS #A11y, web standards, and #Astro

On the website team at Storyblok, we build marketing websites *for* Storyblok *using* Storyblok šŸ™‚ (but we don't build the product itself)

Senior Frontend Engineer (Website) | Storyblok Careers

Apply for a Senior Frontend Engineer (Website) career at Storyblok. Our team is made up of smart, passionate individuals who excel in their work. With a dynamic team spanning 45+ countries, we're not just breaking boundaries; we're redefining them!

@angelikatyborska It’s Storyblok all the way down! 😜 Good luck!
@angelikatyborska ā€œBuild pixel-perfect front-end modular componentsā€ is this still a thing?
@hmiron no. I'll ask if we can remove that phrasing because it doesn't represent what we do well.

@angelikatyborska @hmiron I was going to ask about that too. Pixel perfection has been impossible for a long time, considering all the potential environments a website can be viewed (https://viewports.fyi/all/). Building intrinsically and defensively is a much better route to a perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust experience.

It sounds like an interesting role though, I may look at applying!

@angelikatyborska Are you only looking to hire in Europe, or would I be able to apply as a US resident? This position seems right up my alley so I'd be interested!
@starshaped I don't know the exact answer for this position, but we definitely hire US residents for other positions and we have a Canadian resident on the team, so I really don't see a reason why it wouldn't be possible. I assume the job is listed as Europe because that is a better timezone fit. A US candidate would have to be an early bird to make meetings at 15 or 16 CET roughly twice a week.
@angelikatyborska I’m on the US east coast so 15 or 16 CET is 9 or 10am ET, totally doable for me! I'll send in an application either way, thank you!
@angelikatyborska Does Canada still count as part of Europe? ;)

@angelikatyborska Thank you! The way it was worded with "from Europe" made it sound like it was only open to European residents.
