Checked into a well known mid-budget hotel recently, was amused to hear them asking for feedback by stating, “if you have a good stay, we’d love to get your feedback”. Suspect they have a policy to ask for feedback, but the receptionist also employs a subtle suggestion to avoid bad feedback. 😂
@caius I imagine it’s always a struggle to get people to leave good feedback as you tend to only want to let people know when something is bad. I don’t feel it’s toooooo much of a dark pattern to nudge positive folks too. Negative folks usually don’t need nudging :)
