For a person who wasn't too keen to have a virtual social account, starting a mastodon account was a half-hearted step honestly. I was thinking maybe it will be a week or two before this too would end up abandoned.

Happy to report that I checked-in frequently and found some interesting people/topics to read. No algorithm to rot my brain was a big plus. Time does fly by fast as I just realised that I completed one year here. Thank you #mastodon for having me. You're a real joy to be with.
