Our car is specifically being targeted in philly with anything from a tracker being thrown in it (happened when giving the car to valet parking) to our glove box being searched to being ticketed at our mailing address where theres only street parking and when thats full theres only parking on sidewalk (others arent affected by the ticketing and the ones ticketing us admitted that its targeted) and its the only place i can charge when battery is too low on the nissan leaf as its a low range ev i try to make it to where others can walk pass it and drive pass it when im forced to enough to fit a wheel chair through

Our mailing address in philly is nessesary for laundry and showers and of course mail
We are struggling with the basic things and the only reason we can get place to place when public transport fails to reach is the leaf as its cheap to charge it and can be run off our solar
