I need to attempt to work out again. Finished a whole 12 minutes of stretching before my body went into fight or flight mode. I felt cold, shaky and nauseous. But hey, it's 12 more minutes than I did yesterday, right? Listened to an exercise motivation meditation before starting & honestly, I was in pain just laying on the mat so I'm shocked I managed what little I did. I have no idea how to stay motivated. I know that I was Very Annoyed by all the commercials on YT. #KickingTheShitOutOfPOTS
