The Leukemia and Lymphoma society has proved useful to me:
They provide resources to people with leukemia, lymphomas, or associated cancers.
We know about this - https://www.mskcc.org/locations/directory/msk-counseling - because our friend used them before he passed away.
@dramypsyd These folks organize survivor support-walks every spring on the Virginia Corridor, a rail-trail through the heart of Modesto.
There's nothing on this website, but they put those little 2x3 signs up on the corridor telling people when and where to meet a couple times a week until the summer heat arrives.

You likely already know about Gilda's. What you may not know is that, because every employee is a state licensed therapist or social worker, their offerings are highly regionalized. So, check out a few for a good sample.
Then there's the queer cancer network. Searchable under that name.
There's also the Morning Star Singers, a loose knit grass-roots organization who offers palliative singing, not just for the dying, but for "all who struggle with living or dying."
