This beautiful piece of street art on the Broomielaw underneath the Central Station viaduct in Glasgow is one of the street swallows created by artist Wilma van der Meyden. It's made from fragments of ceramics collected from the shores of the Firth of Clyde.

Was wonderful to learn that it is one of multiple swallows that she created and installed in Glasgow. Her description of what inspired her, and how they were made and installed is enchanting. Her other artwork is equally moving. Thank you again.
