My #internet has been quite fun tonight..
Adds to my thoughts that I should set up more #SelfHosted #Media solutions since I could not even listen to #Music since that is all streamed..

Now looking into #Navidrome

@axelrafn the fun of all our stuff being online! I have #Jellyfin to use when my network dies.

Have some music on there to keep me busy and some audio books too.

I can survive a netout for a good few days!

@talktech I have had a #JellyFin setup for the longest time now, all my video needs are fulfilled by it. Music wise I am looking into #Navidrome and for #Audiobooks I just installed #AudioBookshelf this past week.

It is just amazing how much normal every day life depends on the internet.. it sucks

@axelrafn It is amazing! I work from home so every day I telecomute into the office over VPN. When my network goes down I tether to a work iPhone (gah) and use that.

My whole life is online really!

@talktech It is similar here, I work from home myself, have had to use my work issued #Android as well as my personal #iPhone too to get connected sometimes. But the internet has been quite good here where I live, all stable except for the power outage that was here in #Spain late last month. Then I realized how everything was electrically dependent, now with this unstable connection this afternoon I realize the Internet dependency as well.
@axelrafn navidrome is good. I used it with Amperfy (iOS) and it never crashed or became wonky.
@fuzzybitchy Thanks for the info, I'm trying out #Amperfy as we speak, looks more polished than what we installed on my wifes phone yesterday.
I'm already sold on #Navidrome and have already set it up with all my music.
