87 years ago - on the 23 May, 1938, courtesy of the UGT, the General Workers Union of Catalunya, this docket was exchanged for 25 bottles of anis, to be consumed by the 57th battalion of the 15th International Brigade, in Tàrrega, Catalunya. I hope they enjoyed them! They were volunteers from around the world, fighting Fascism (the original Antifa!) and we need their ilk to return and fight its resurgence….. #histodons #SpanishCivilWar
