Blippy the Wonder Slug 🇩🇪🙄 Pussy brought home a (freshly killed) birb. She made sure I saw what a mighty huntress she is. Harley was intensely interested, and followed her to the Mäusehof, where they now may or may not be dismembering said birb.
Merry ChristmasOur cat used to bring us in a live mouse, and then leave it for us.
We got so good catching the bloody things, the shout 'mouse attack' would go up and we would all jump into action.
We so miss her.

Our Meggie used to bring in live mice & slowworms & let them go. Since Laurie grew up (& started hunting), she has stopped bringing them in. She watches them outside, which is better for them than having us chase them around.

Lovely! Laurie used to enjoy playing Fetch when he was young - but then he discovered real mice & gave up playing ‘Fetch the catnip mouse’. We miss the game & keep trying to encourage him to play again….
