Re-Read - Your Lie in April, Volume 9

As I re-read this volume and I'm going to share standouts.

This page shows Nagi. She's a teenager trying to improve on the piano. She's pushing herself largely because her brother ignores her (it's odd to me, but it's never presented as creepy). But the chattering about her, it hurts.

This panel showing the largely faceless rabble that see her as a cute girl, not as a serious pianist. Their words hurt as they kind of disregard her talent.

This page shows that very well.

I think every single time I read this particular page it gets me.

Kōsei asks for help and without skipping a beat, without questioning it, without even asking what he needs - Watari says yes.

This is true friendship.

This is such a great page.

We should all hope for a friend like Watari.

@mdmrn Just in case there is any confusion at all: Manga comics read top-to-bottom, and then *right-to-left*.
@khleedril That's a good point. I'll add that to my Alt-Text note too.
