Rep. Randy Weber Jokes About Dropping Undocumented Immigrants Out Of Airplanes

Rep. Randy Weber jokes that instead of giving undocumented immigrants $1,000 to "self-deport," the U.S. should put them on a plane, "fly over their country, open the door, [and tell them] they can either have $1,000 or a parachute."
