Funny story - Sunday we’re out for a drive and I ask Maps for directions to an incredibly simple address within half an hour of my location. It gave me directions to a city in another Province. I repeated this three times, each time with a different, incorrect result.

I opened Google Maps, completed the same voice search and it immediately gave the correct directions on the first try.

But yeah, Monaco!

This is indicative of a much deeper issue at Apple which is that they suck as a software company. It’s been their worst kept secret for 20 years. With the exception of a few OS releases, Apple routinely sucks at software. Music, Maps, Mail, Apple Intelligence, iOS 11, Siri - they’re all substandard when compared to Spotify, Google Maps, Outlook, Gemini.
