Here's a selection of #AlderneyCars snapped in 2015 on my favourite island.

This should serve as a warning to anyone who thinks they won't fill an excessively large driveway (looking at you @BitchinRob 😁).

A Ford #Transit (possibly a school bus), a relatively solid #Mini, a blue #Farina #Morris #Oxford and what I believe is an #Austin #Somerset from around 1952.

The Oxford had been a carpenter's workhorse as recently as 2011 when I saw it on the road. The rest were probably all in use too, as the tyres all look to have air in them!

I think on Alderney the story is generally, 'no chance of passing another MoT on the mainland and shipped to the island the week before the current one expired'. It certainly leads to a varied selection of old tin (and, frankly, an excess of Perodua Kenaris).
