Confusing for the AEC to say all booths are counted and 100% have had TCP counted but they are still counting.
Clearly I don’t understand how it works.
@amonkeyinsilk It is misleading. It means they've accounted for every ballot issued within the electorate (plus the listed booths in neighbouring electorates).
They know how many postal votes were issued and how many have been returned, but they don't know how many more will arrive before next Friday. They also know how many declaration and absentee votes are coming but not how many of them will be ruled invalid without being counted.
