@diraquel As most everything regarding rising kids, depends on the kid and the "village" but as principles I would advise looking at OCDE security principles for inspiration (see https://www.oecd.org/en/publications/oecd-guidelines-for-the-security-of-information-systems-and-networks_9789264059177-en-fr.html ) and staying close to them, that is to say, investing time with them in using said technologies.
