I have finally released new #Mapathoner version.

- Use mapathoner.mapathon.cz domain
- Increase JOSM version to build against
- Add Faroese language

It took me longer because I needed to find a bit of time to get familiar with recent #JOSM changes that influenced #Maven builds.
