We're currently debugging an issue that has caused some posts from other instances (as well as things like link previews) to only show up with some delay.

We've increased capacity on the background workers and any missing posts should start appearing within the next minutes.

We're also aware of an unrelated issue with the full text search that we're in the process of repairing.
