Last week, my neighbor gave me 32 packages of lunchables pepperoni pizza. That's more lunchables pizza then I would eat before it expired even if I really liked lunchables pizza.

I decided I would try combining all of them into one lunchables pizza casserole.

Here we go

Unpacking all these damn things so i can get my mise en place ready
The mise en place
I'm going to do this like enchiladas and build it up in layers. Here's the first layer.
Second layer

I lost track, but I think this is the 5th and final layer.

I'm just guessing with baking so I'm going to put it in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes

Out of the oven and looking tastier than i expected
@MLE_online that looks delicious un ironically

Quick review: It still tastes basically like a pepperoni pizza lunchable, but everything is hot and melted, so the flavors are more pronounced.

The sauce is still too sweet, and the crusts too much like pita bread, but the top layer of pepperoni and cheese got both crunchy and gooey. That's a nice improvement.

Overall, i think there's just not enough sauce to counteract the dryness of the crusts.

Score: 5/10

@MLE_online OMG YOU DID IT! and now let’s hope you never do it again LOL
@MLE_online thank you for answering a question that I think nobody has ever asked, that is a mark of true research right there
@MLE_online excellent job. Will you eat it all?
@zackstern i dunno. There's so much of it
@MLE_online important research πŸ™πŸ™
@MLE_online I genuinely pity anyone who ever gets on your bad side.
@MLE_online Because you are a creative genius who can make anything from anything. If you ever decided to use your abilities for evil, there'd be trouble.
@MLE_online You give us new things to think about all the time :)
@MLE_online I used to eat stuff like that. It can be tasty, but I was lucky to get away from meat and highly processed food.
@hologram I would never buy these things because that's just too junky of food for me, but food is food and my neighbor gave them to me. I didn't want them to go to waste
@MLE_online I think like that, but I'm strictly vegetarian. Don't worry.
@MLE_online that looks delicious un ironically
@MLE_online wow- appetizing indeed
@MLE_online its glory can only be exceeded by the final baked product
@MLE_online I'm a little terrified of just how much pepperoni grease is gonna melt out of that, but it does look incredible πŸ˜‚
@MLE_online This is gonna be somewhere between a canned lasagna and a Chef Boyardee Pizza Maker pizza. I'm very excited for a report.
@MLE_online Don’t the layers make it more of a pizza lasagna?
@purplepadma i would say lasagna is a casserole
@MLE_online interesting, in the UK casserole is synonymous with stew
@purplepadma That is interesting. Here, a casserole is a mixture of things that are baked in a big pan until they all kind of set together
@MLE_online Oh that’s very different
