The USA rounded up Japanese-Americans and put them into camps and stole all of their houses and land in the 1940s. In the 1880s Denied citizenship to hundreds of thousands of Chinese immigrants who had as much right to settle the US as anyone else. Deported to reservations or killed millions of Native Americans. So USA can and has done it.
