Attempting a #Blackout map, based on news reports - it's incomplete, as it's hard to tell the extent of the blackouts, so I've only marked cities that are known to be affected or regional capitals of affected areas:

Wikipedia says the entire Spanish grid is down, also mentions Belgium is affected.
Haven't cross-referenced or looked in detail, but I guess you'll find good leads over there

It seems they are working from north and south towards the centre. I can confirm that powder recently returned in the city of Malaga and at least some parts of the province of the same name, and seems to be stable. But I would guess not in the whole of Andalucía - I suppose electricity networks don't neatly follow administrative territorial divisions!
