#HangTrekSolved by @listless. I knew that wouldn't take long, especially with all the Gs coming from the next poll.

ANSWER:

“A swaggering, overbearing, tin-plated dictator with delusions of godhood”
—Korax describing Kirk in “The Trouble with Tribbles”

This is from the monologue that starts the big bar fight after Korax finally insults not Kirk, but the Enterprise, earning Scotty’s wrath. Korax opines that “earthers” are soft like Denebian slime devils. But not Kirk!

“Kirk may be a swaggering, overbearing, tin-plated dictator with delusions of godhood, but he’s not soft.” 😂

This scene, though not the specific line, was reused in #StarTrekDS9 in “Trials and Tribble-ations,” so it wouldn’t be obvious which episode in which series it came from.
