We’re trying to get urgent support for Akram, his siblings, and their mom. They have NOTHING with their previous campaign having been shuttered, and they are reliant on our support to eat.

I’ve known Akram for almost a year. His old campaign to save his family’s lives was FIFTEEN months old. During that time he barely got support and that was with maybe 6-8 of us working constantly to boost it. I was selling copies of my books to 100% benefit the campaign but that swiftly dropped off (and you can still get it to benefit them - https://tiny.cc/KurkarShop). Now they’re back to square one, allllll of the money from our last 3 boosts (enough to feed them for a couple weeks!) has been refunded, and they have nothing.
They need to eat. Their chronically ill mama needs to eat. His sister Sarah whose #lupus has been untreated for 19 months needs to eat.
Not sure what else to say except every 5 matters. We’ve done magic before for this family. They’re the first family in Gaza I ever spoke to and I WILL see us do right by them.
I’m sending funds in 4 hours. I can’t believe we are so far from the goal. This won’t even buy flour.
