In the 23 years (!) I've been using #eBay I've never encountered a completely unresponsive seller or had to give negative feedback, until now!
It's been more than a month since I purchased something using Buy It Now and the seller still hasn't posted it. They also haven't replied to the enquiry I sent.
I guess my luck finally ran out 😌
My luck with #eBay has been really good, but I ran into an unusual situation last night of a seller in Japan cancelling my order for some shoes because they had apparently mistakenly listed them (despite listing multiple sizes). At first it looked like some kind of scam attempt, since they applied an Offer when contacting me, but they promptly refunded the order.
Now trying #StockX for the first time. My bid was accepted within a couple of hours, so hopefully it'll work out. 👟
Groan… now to deal with EZ WAY again. It’s going to be fun this time because #StockX wouldn’t accept my Taiwanese phone number, so I had to use my Australian phone number which probably won’t be automatically real-name matched in the (incredibly bad and user-unfriendly) EZ WAY app.
Unfortunately this embarrassing level of app quality is common in Taiwan, especially when government departments are involved. It feels like you’re using something from the early 2000s.
