On the cusp of Vinho Verde season, I decree the next few days Soalheiro Classico week. (With perks like this, vote for me as King!) We'll have a trilogy, this oldest (2015) first. 

An icon with a rep for aging, this is super at age 10, from one of my fave vintages. Deep, tense and juicy, it shows a mature overlay and better integration these days. It's a long way from decay. The itty-bitty cork hasn't hurt it. Better than ever, just gorgeous.

I've a few left, but happy to say, no rush! Under $20 then, a bit more now.

BTW, the "Classico," as it is called, is unoaked, fruitier than others, plenty of quantity. It maintains crispness and quality. That name is not on the label, it's just the casual reference for the traditional flagship.
