Hello #Boston - with lovely weather on the forecast, if you're able, I hope that you can recharge and leave home to enjoy your #NewEngland as many gather for (checks list) the marathon, protests, the end of Passover, Easter, 4/20, and Patriots' Day. Oh, and I've got a personal celebration, too.

As a personal note, it is my birthday this weekend.
While I appreciate well wishes (faves on this post or a short reply is great, even if we've never interacted!), what I really want is more boston community on the fediverse.
So: this weekend, I hope you'll take a few minutes to (re)connect with a friend or neighbor, and ask about how their social media newsfeed has been treating them, because the world has been a doozy of late. If their experience haven’t been super positive, I ask that you let them know that our fediverse community is welcoming, and hopefully a breath of fresh air.
People are what makes the fediverse experience special, so ask someone new to join in. #BostonWeekend 3/x
